We look at how your work actually gets done and find the places where AI or a little automation would give you real time back. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet." I'll tell you that too.
I run workshops and one-on-one sessions starting from wherever you are. No jargon, no assumptions. People walk in unsure what AI even means for their job and leave knowing exactly where to start. That's the part I care about most.
We figure out where you're headed, what to prioritize, and what guardrails need to be in place before anything goes live. When it's time to build, I'll help guide you or find the right people to do it.
About
I'm not a tech person by training. I came up doing the actual work, and I started using technology and building tools because the work needed them.
Building AI programs from scratch means laying a solid foundation from governance to data readiness to the knowledge that fuels solutions. Picking the right tools to deploy at scale, identifying what moves from pilot to production, and most of all enabling organizations, and the people in them, to understand the what, the how, and the why of any technology.
I work at any altitude, from 50,000 feet to next to you at your desk. I've trained hundreds of people along the way. My goal is to make technology feel less intimidating and more human, and I meet people where they are, not where I think they should be.
